Young people in Australia are facing some of the toughest challenges in generations. Skyrocketing cost of living, an unaffordable housing market, and outdated superannuation laws are shaping young people’s lives today and their future. Understanding these issues is understanding the next generation of voters, members and leaders of tomorrow. Join us for Unlocking Opportunity for Young Australians, where we’ll unpack three key campaigns delivering meaningful wins for young people:

  • Adult Age = Adult Wage – our landmark campaign that won adult rates of pay for young adults, ensuring these young workers are paid fairly for the work they do.
  • Housing for All – exploring what has been done, is being done, and what more needs to be done, to give young Australians a genuine shot at owning their first home.
  • Super for Under 18s – a campaign to fix outdated superannuation laws that are costing millions of young workers thousands of dollars in retirement savings.
