Technology is reshaping work at a pace that can feel overwhelming, but it’s also sparking powerful conversations about fairness, dignity and the future we want to build together. This presentation explores how people in the union movement are making sense of rapid change from automation to AI and how they’re standing with workers through uncertainty. It highlights the courage, creativity and solidarity emerging in communities as they navigate job loss, transformation and new possibilities.

At its heart, this is a story about hope: how collective strength can help workers shape a future where no one is left behind.
