With conservative politicians employing racist dog-whistling with it comes to migration, we need bread-and-butter labour values of protecting all workers, creating inclusive workplace cultures, and ensuring our country has the skilled migrants to fill workplace shortages. Our panel discusses the industry-wide tripartite Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement (ACILA), and how this model could be the future for skilled migration.
