Professor Dan Finn is an expert on employment programs and the reform of income support systems.

Since 1997 he has been closely involved in the development and assessment of the British Government's New Deal employment programs and welfare to work strategy and has been a special advisor for the House of Commons Education and Employment Committee, the Work and Pensions Committee and the national New Deal Task Force.
